GIFT CARD, GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The DERMAYEO Gift Card (the Card) is the property of its issuer ( DERMAYEO MEXICO, in its capacity as associate in the joint venture agreement called DERMAYEO MEXICO CONTRATO 1 A EN P), its bearer being a mere depository of the Card. .

2. The Card is valid only in the Mexican Republic for the purchase of any product for sale at www.dermayeo.com. The invoice corresponding to the products purchased with the Card will be issued to the person using the Card at the time of purchase.

3. The Card can be paid through any of the payment methods accepted at www.dermayeo.com. In no case may payment be made with another Gift Card.

4. The return of the Card that has not been used will be accepted, within the following terms and in any case respecting the legally established term:

• 4.1. The Card purchased at a DERMAYEO store may be returned within a maximum period of 1 day from the date of purchase.
• 4.2. The physical Card purchased at www.dermayeo.com may be returned within a maximum period of 1 day from the date of the shipping confirmation email.
• 4.3. The Virtual Card purchased at www.dermayeo.com may be returned within a maximum period of 1 day from the date DERMAYEO sent the Virtual Card to its recipient.

The sale of the different Card formats is subject to the availability of each one of them in Mexico.

The amount paid for the Card will be returned in the same way in which it was paid. For this, it is essential to present the original purchase ticket or e-ticket and, where appropriate, the payment card and proof of the transaction.

The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

5. The Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it has been issued is exhausted.

6. The available balance will appear each time a purchase is made with the Card on the receipt, in the case of a purchase on the DERMAYEO.COM website or in the information provided when placing an order, in the case of a purchase on www.dermayeo. com. The available balance on the Card can be checked at the DERMAYEO store and at www.dermayeo.com. If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid through any form of payment accepted at the DERMAYEO store or at www.dermayeo.com, as the case may be.

7. Products purchased with the Card at the DERMAYEO;COM store are subject to the same exchange and return policy as the rest of the products purchased at said stores. Products purchased with the Card at www.dermayeo.com are subject to the exchange and return policy of said website.

8. If applicable, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the Card that are returned will be made as follows:

• 8.1. By increasing the available balance on the Card, provided that said Card exists at the time of return.
• 8.2. Through Credit Card, when at the time of making the refund, the Card does not exist for any reason. The forms of reimbursement established in this section are an essential condition, for which reason they are considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Card.

9. The Card is valid for a period of one year from: (i) the date of purchase for the physical Card purchased at the DERMAYEO store; (ii) from the date of the shipment confirmation e-mail for the physical Card purchased at www.dermayeo.com or (iii) from the date the virtual Card is sent to its recipient. Once that date has passed, the Card cannot be renewed, used to buy items, or the remaining balance on the Card cannot be claimed.

10. The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the Card corresponds exclusively to its holder. The Card will not be replaced in the event of theft, loss, misplacement or deterioration, although DERMAYEO reserves the right to replace the Card in the event of a change in its format.

11. In the event of the purchase of the virtual Card at www.dermayeo.com, DERMAYEO will not be responsible for the non-receipt or delay in the receipt of the Card by its recipient for reasons beyond the control of DERMAYEO , including, among others , (i) the deficiencies or the collapse of the telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) the delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned in (i), ( iii) the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the buyer of said Card, (iv) the impossibility of delivering the Card to the email account provided or (v) the consideration of the email sent by DERMAYEO as spam or junk mail.

12. Cards originally obtained illegally will be null and void, may not be used to purchase goods and their amount will not be refunded.

13. The Card may not be used for advertising purposes or promotion of products or services marketed by third parties unrelated to the issuer of this Card, unless previously authorized in writing by the latter. 14. The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies the full acceptance of these general conditions, which have been delivered at the time of the acquisition of the Card and are available at the DERMAYEO store and at www.dermayeo.com

14. The Virtual Card can ONLY be used at www.dermayeo.com
