TEXTURE & APPLICATION
Apply a foundation makeup (compact or fluid). Load the mosaic powders using a thick brush. Hit the brush on the back of the hand to remove excess powder. Apply the mosaic powder all over the face and neck. Eliminate the excess by making large gestures with the brush.
